Quarterly update - December 2019

In this post, we provide an update to the returns of our Australian and global founder company strategies. Both strategies delivered out-performance in the calendar year and are also tracking above their respective benchmarks since inception in September 2018. We also report on the attributes of the modern entrepreneurial corporation in Australia, which account for 20% of the constituents of the All Ordinaries index. Over the past five years, the performance and risk characteristics of ASX listed founder companies are superior to their non-founder peers despite having significantly smaller boards and lower board independence.
